Each accepted paper, to be presented and published, needs to have one distinct full registration associated.

We inform that, for commodity and thanks to our partnership with a travel agency, in a single payment you will be able to cover the conference fee specified below, as well as hotel booking in the conference venue 5 star hotel (or in other 3 or 4 star hotels also partner to our conference) and airport transfers. If so desired, you can also inform the agency to check rates for air flights to Madeira and the flight cost may also be included in the single payment and respective invoice. All details will be present in the registration form soon to be available in this page.

* Fee that applies for authors presenting papers and also for non speaker participants in the conference’s Main Program (May 30 to June 1). Includes all activities of the social program and 1 copy of the Springer proceedings book.

** Excludes all activities of the social program and proceedings book, but includes conference coffee breaks and lunch.

*** Fee per day.

**** Fee for persons accompanying conference participants, includes all activities of the social program (welcome cocktail, tours and dinners).
