    Dear CIAO! members,<br>

    The deadline for submitting a paper for the CIAO! Doctoral
    Consortium
    is approaching. We would like to invite the PhD students to take the
    chance and to write a paper for that event. We also need the support
    of
    supervisors, who are asked to motivate their students and give
    support
    in finalizing such a paper :-)<br>
    <br>
    We expect the submission of the papers by March 24th. You find the
    call
    for papers for the CIAO! Doctoral Consortium under the following

    The 14th CIAO! Doctoral Consortium will be held in conjunction with
    the 4th Enterprise Engineering Working Conference (see: <a
href="http://ciaonetwork.org/events/current-events/4th-enterprise-engineering-working-conference">http://ciaonetwork.org/events/current-events/4th-enterprise-engineering-working-conference</a>
    for program and details) in Funchal, Madeira Island, Portugal, from
    May
    5th to May 8th. As already announced, we will have a very
    interesting
    program during the conference week and very nice social events in
    the
    evening :-)<br>

    Conference program - including <a

      papers</a>, <a

    We have a very interesting set of papers to be presented, as well as
    two thrilling key note lectures, namely: <span style="font-style:

      Prospects of “Power Modelling”</span>

    Frank – Chair of Information
    Systems and Enterprise Modelling at the University of
    Duisburg-Essen, Germany; and <span style="font-style: italic;">Engineering
      Enterprises for the New Economy: Whitening the Black
      Boxes for Survival</span>
    by Jorge Sanz – Director of the Business
    Analytics Center of the National University of Singapore and Chief
    Innovation
